Gargle 5 - 10 drops 2 - 3 times daily in a ½ glass of warm water or massage undiluted onto the gums.

Note:If propolis drops are dissolved in water, resins can settle in the glass. This is normal and will not affect its effectiveness. (The resins must also be removed again). Do not put on clothes.
