The foundation for a baby's future is laid in the first 1,000 days. It is developing more intensely than at any other time. During this period, nature achieves great things: from the time of fertilization to the second birthday, one cell grows to over 500 million. An extremely complex organ system is created. The immune system develops slowly, the brain is growing steadily and by the age of two it has already reached 75 percent of its later size.

BEBA follow-on milk - as a foundation for the healthy development of your baby

After more than 50 years of protein research, Nestlé has succeeded in developing the first tier system with age-appropriate optimized protein content (protein content). Human milk oligosaccharides * (HMO) are unique building blocks that only occur in this form in breast milk. The new BEBA follow-on milk contains the HMO 2´-FL (2´-Fucosyllactose). Breastfeeding as an allergy protection

Babies are always at an increased risk of allergies if dad, mom or a sibling already have allergies or have had them before. Breast milk is naturally low in allergens and provides optimal protection against allergies. Non-breastfed babies at risk of allergies should be given HA food in the first few months of life that has been extensively tested in clinical studies.

GINI study on allergy prevention

The German Infant Nutritional Intervention (GINI) study is the world's largest allergy prevention study and was supported by the Federal Ministry for Research and Education and the Children's Health Foundation. She is investigating the question of whether infant formula with hydrolyzed protein can reduce the risk of allergies in allergy-prone infants. The result: not all HA foods have the same effect. Therefore, make sure that the effectiveness has been tested and confirmed in clinical studies. For detailed information about the GINI study, ask your doctor or midwife.
