Dentinox Gel med Teething Relief was specially developed for the needs of babies. The anti-inflammatory chamomile tincture and pain-relieving active ingredients in a baby-friendly dosage offer fast and targeted relief during teething.

The well-adhering teething gel works locally, precisely where the erupting tooth is causing problems, providing pain relief exactly when it's needed. The teething gel for babies can be used as needed until all milk teeth, including the molars, have erupted.

Dentinox Gel med teething relief is a traditional medicine containing lidocaine, proven effective millions of times over for more than 40 years – for satisfied parents and more relaxed babies.

The gel is free of sugar, lactose, gluten, colorings, and preservatives.

NOTE

Dentinox-Gel N Teething Aid must not be used if the teething child is allergic to chamomile, other Asteraceae, lidocaine or related local anesthetics (local anesthetics of the amide type) or any of the other ingredients of this medicine listed in section 6. Because of the sorbitol content, this medicine is unsuitable for patients with the rare inherited fructose intolerance (hereditary fructose intolerance).
Ingredients

Active ingredients:

  • Tincture of camomile flowers 150.0 mg/g,
  • lidocaine hydrochloride 1 H2O 3.4 mg/g,
  • Lauromacrogol 400 3.2 mg/g

10 g of gel contain the following active ingredients: tincture of camomile flowers (1:5), extraction agent: ethanol 70% (V/V) 1500 mg, lidocaine hydrochloride 1 H2O 34 mg, macrogol lauryl ether 32 mg. The other ingredients are: sorbitol solution 70% (non-crystallizing) (Ph. Eur.), xylitol, propylene glycol, carbomer 974 P, sodium hydroxide solution (10%), polysorbate 20, sodium edetate (Ph. Eur.), saccharin sodium, purified water.

10 g of gel contain 1 g sorbitol (equivalent to 0.25 g fructose), corresponding to less than 0.1 bread units. The calorie value is 2.6 kcal/g sorbitol.
