Keltican Forte Capsules 40 cap
Persistent or recurring problems with the spine have many causes. Sitting too long, lack of exercise and stress very often lead to tension and thus to considerable pain. In addition to the muscles, it is above all the surrounding fasciae that exert pressure on the nerve endings when they harden. Fascia training in connection with the supply of nutrients, which can support the body's own regeneration process of stressed nerves, can help here.
What are fasciae and what are they for? Fasciae are milky-white skins that surround each individual muscle, separate them from one another and make them mutually movable. They can store water, fat and even mechanical energy and thus protect muscle strands, bones, nerve tracts and joint capsules from external pressure. Fasciae are tensile strength and elastic at the same time, since their tissue consists of interwoven elastic fibers as well as hardly stretchable collagen fibers. They contain a large number of receptors, which continuously transmit the current position and movement of the body in space to the cerebellum for unconscious processing. Furthermore, the tension of the fascia apparatus is under the influence of the autonomous (unconscious) nervous system, which makes it understandable
Due to relieving postures, lack of exercise, stress and increasing age, the fasciae shorten and harden, their stretchable parts decrease and are replaced by tough collagen fibers. They lose their ability to slide and become more and more immobile. The result: the musculature's freedom of movement becomes smaller. This puts more pressure on nerves and joints.
Keep fascia supple, support the body's own nerve regeneration.
The aim of the treatment - or even better prevention - of chronic back pain is to restore the elasticity and full functionality of the various tissues. Fascia training aims to promote body awareness, to strengthen the tissues and to increase their flexibility. This training, in which special rollers, balls, etc. are used, should best be carried out under professional guidance. In addition, nerve regeneration can be supported. The body can do this itself through its own processes, but these regeneration processes take a relatively long time. The necessary perseverance is worthwhile and can be supported by a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
