    Quick and easy preparation without boiling. A cereal milk porridge can be prepared with breast milk, infant formula or fresh milk. 

    As a dairy-free variant from the start of complementary food, water is also suitable and, as part of a mixed complementary food, preparation with fruits or vegetables.
