Hetterich valerian tincture for calming down and with difficulty falling asleep.
The valerian (Valeriana officinalis) has long been known as a medicinal herb. Valerian root can be used for all states of nervousness and insomnia, but also for anxiety and tension. -
Unless otherwise prescribed, adults take 1/2 teaspoon 2 to 3 times a day to calm down, and 1 teaspoonful of Hetterich valerian tincture diluted with half a glass of water half an hour before going to bed if you have trouble sleeping.

Even when used as directed, this medicinal product can change the ability to react to such an extent that the ability to actively drive or operate machines is impaired.
This medicinal product contains 65% alcohol by volume. If the dosage instructions are followed, up to 2.54 g of alcohol are consumed with each intake (1 teaspoon).
