The ICRON grain pillow, with a filling of rye and wheat grain mixture, serves as a heat or cold pillow with a variety of possible uses on all occasions when cold or heat is required.

Heating up the neck pillow: Heat
this pillow in the oven at around 150° C until the grains have reached the desired temperature.
Heat in the microwave up to 800 watts for about 2 minutes.
It is advisable to remove the pillow from the microwave/oven after about 1 minute to distribute the heated content and knead it, then put it back in the microwave/oven.If necessary, continue to heat the pillow in the microwave in 30-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
If overheated, the grains can be damaged.
Warning
A cup of water must be placed in the oven or microwave each time the pillow is heated!Never overheat the pillow; Risk of burns!
Cooling the Neck Pillow:
To use as a cooling pillow, place the grain pillow in the sealed ziplock bag in the refrigerator or freezer until desired coolness is achieved.Please make sure that the pillow is not left in the freezer for too long, otherwise it will become too rigid.
After use as a cooling pad, allow the neck pillow to dry out well and then put it back in the pressure-lock bag for storage.
Otherwise the pillow may rot!
