  • Food supplement with the vitamin biotin, minerals, lecithin, spinach, beetroot powder and brewer's yeast. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair and copper contributes to hair pigmentation. Synomed Hair Capsules to support skin and hair.

  • Take 1 capsule each morning and evening with sufficient liquid with or after the meal.
