  • Osteoron Omega is a food supplement with high quality omega-3 fatty acids, phytoestrogens and vitamins K and E. Omega-3 fatty acids belong to the group of polyunsaturated fatty acids. The two omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) are particularly important for our health.

    Thanks to a special manufacturing process, these valuable omega-3 fatty acids are particularly highly concentrated in Osteoron ™ Omega. One Osteoron ™ Omega capsule contains 250 mg omega-3 fatty acids with a very high proportion of EPA and DHA (over 80% in total). These two fatty acids improve calcium absorption in the body, reduce calcium excretion and increase calcium incorporation into the bones.

    Hop cones contain phytoestrogens.

    Vitamin K is required for the formation of new bones. We need around 70 µg of this vitamin daily.

    Vitamin E is a proven antioxidant.

  • Consume 1 - 2 capsules daily with liquid.
