Bepanthen scar gel combines three active principles to improve the scar appearance: The massage roller promotes the breakdown of collagen fibers in older scars and thus improves the appearance of the scars. Silicone forms a film and thus protects the newly formed skin from drying out. Dexpanthenol binds water in the skin and supports the moisture balance.
