    • Adults up to 70kg body weight: take 1 capsule daily about 30 minutes before exposure to the sun. If you stay in the sun for a longer period of time, take an additional 2nd capsule approx. 4 hours later.

      Adults over 70kg body weight: take double the amount.

    For adults weighing up to 70 kg, it is recommended to take one capsule daily approximately 30 minutes before sun exposure.

    For longer sun exposure, you can take another capsule after about four hours. If your body weight is over 70 kg, please double the stated amount.
