Returns

VicNic supports better living and encourages everyone to live a healthy, beautiful and happy life. We empower customers worldwide by offering the top quality European health & beauty products. 

 

However, if you have changed your mind about your purchase on VicNic, you can return the products for refund within a period of 14 days if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with original packaging, including all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Return Process

  • You must send a return request to customercare@vicnic.com within 14 days. The 14 days count from the day that you or authorized party receives the goods;
  • The goods must be purchased at VicNic.com, please state the order number and contact information. 
  • The item must not be damaged in any way including that
        • It is in its original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories;
        • It is unopened, unused and in its original sealable condition
        • The product is not one of which returns is not available (refer to the bottom of this page).

 

If these requirements are not satisfied, returns will not be accepted. We recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey.

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: VicNic GmbH Neumann-Reichardt-Straße 27–33 (Haus 6, 2.O.G.) Hamburg, Germany 22041. The shipping and packaging cost will be at your expense. Please return the product only after our reply to your return request email. 

 

If you are shipping an item over €60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

 

VicNic will not accept returns on products that belong to the following categories:

  • Personalized items or goods which have been made to your specification;
  • Perishable goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. Food, baby formula);
  • Goods which have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery (e.g. Gift-sets);
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery (e.g. Beauty product without any cellophane intact);
  • Medicines (Over The Counter);
  • Vitamin and supplements.

 

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not refund the initial cost of delivery and any incurred duties and tax.

 

Exchanges
