- At VicNic, all parcels are packed carefully for the long journey. However, if the parcel is obviously damaged, please registered immediately with the deliveryman, and have the damage recorded before signing "receival"
- If you discover products damaged after opening the parcel, please take photos immediately regarding to the problem and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Our customer service will reply with individual solution(s) to the problem shortly.
14 days change-of-mind return
- You must send a return request to email@example.com within 14 days. The 14 days count from the day that you or authorized party receives the goods;
- The goods must be purchased at VicNic.com, please state the order number #VNxxxxxx and contact information.
- The item must not be damaged in any way including that
- It is in its original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories;
- It is unopened, unused and in its original sealable condition
- The product is not one of which returns is not available (refer to the bottom of this page);
- Refund would be made within 5 working days upon receiving the parcel.
However, if above requirements are not satisfied, returns will not be accepted. We recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: VicNic, Düpheid 38, 22149 Hamburg, Germany. The shipping and packaging cost will be the responsibility of customer. Please return the product only after our reply to your return request email.
If you are shipping an item over €60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned as change-of-mind.
VicNic will not accept returns on products that belong to the following categories:
- Perishable goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. tea, baby formula);
- Goods which have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery (e.g. Gift-sets);
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery (e.g. beauty product without any cellophane intact);
- Dietary and health supplements such as, but not limited to, vitamins, minerals and protein powder.
If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons, we will refund your payment method for the products returned, in resalable condition, minus the original shipping fees and any additional fees incurred to return the products to our warehouse/ office (including return postage, handling, storage and quarantine fees).
- Undeliverable address
- No one available to accept the delivery
- Order refused by the customer
- Refusal to pay customs fees
- Refused by Customs
If the cost to return the items exceed the cost of the products, then package will be abandoned and no refund will be available. If returned products are not in resalable condition, such as damaged, broke, no refund will be available. If customs decide not to reroute the package or your order or certain products are confiscated by customs due to the items being restricted then no refund will be available.
