At VicNic, we take pride in delivering premium European health, wellness, and dermo-cosmetics to customers worldwide. Every order is hand-picked, securely packed, and dispatched directly from our physical warehouse in Hamburg, Germany.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We know you want your authentic European products quickly. Here is what to expect once you place an order:

  • Processing Time: Your order will be packed and dispatched within 1 to 4 working days after receipt of payment.

  • Operating Hours: Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday. Packing and dispatch services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or German public holidays. (For example, an order placed on Friday afternoon will be dispatched the following week).

  • Address Requirements: To ensure seamless delivery and avoid transit failures, please ensure your delivery address is submitted entirely in English.

  • Note: During times of unexpected high volume or local national holidays, minor dispatch delays may occur.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

International Delivery: International shipping rates vary based on the destination country, exact weight, volumetric dimensions, and the courier selected. To calculate your exact shipping cost, add your items to the cart, navigate to "Your Cart," and use the shipping calculator before checkout.

Domestic Delivery (Germany): Orders delivered within Germany are shipped via DHL Paket (standard delivery within 1–3 working days). The shipping rate is a flat €9.95 for parcels up to 10kg, and €15.90 for heavy parcels over 10kg.

Shipped Worldwide Directly From Our Hamburg Warehouse

Unlike third-party dropshippers, we actively manage our own specialized warehouse in Hamburg, Germany. Every order you place is fulfilled directly from this central hub. Storing our inventory on-site allows our dedicated team to manually inspect your items for pristine condition before they are carefully wrapped in secure, eco-friendly packaging and dispatched for their international journey to your doorstep. We hand off your order directly to our international courier partners without delay.

During checkout, you will be presented with the best shipping options available for your region. FedEx and DHL pick up parcels directly from our facility in Germany and deliver them via their network and partners.

FedEx (Highly Recommended)

For international orders, FedEx is our primary and most reliable partner, providing exceptional tracking and secure handling.

  • FedEx Priority: Our fastest global delivery option (approx. 2–10 working days).
  • FedEx Economy: A highly cost-effective alternative that is typically just 2 to 5 days slower than Priority, maintaining the same excellent tracking security.
  • Note: Your local FedEx office may charge an administrative handling fee for clearing customs on your behalf.

 

DHL Express

A premium, lightning-fast courier service offering expedited global delivery (approx. 2–8 working days). Ideal if you need your items as quickly as possible.

  • Note: Your local DHL office may charge an administrative handling fee for clearing customs on your behalf.

National Post / Global Air (Economy for Small Parcels)

For small parcels (under 1kg) and for select countries, we offer a budget-friendly National Post option. Handled by Deutsche Post to the German border, and delivered by your destination's national post (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Emirates Post Group).

  • Customs: These parcels are subject to random customs checks and generally experience less predictable customs scrutiny. You will need to settle any taxes directly with your post office.
  • Important Disclaimer: We generally do not recommend this method if you need your items quickly. Delivery times are extensive, taking an estimated 2 to 4 weeks (and sometimes over 1 month). You will frequently be required to collect the parcel from your local post office rather than receiving door delivery.

Receiving Your Parcel

Most parcels are delivered during normal weekday business hours. Please ensure you, or a trusted person, are available to receive the package.

In some cases, if a delivery attempt fails, the parcel will be stored at your local post or courier counter. Please check your tracking regularly and pick up your parcel as soon as possible. Parcels that are not claimed within the courier's specified timeframe will be returned to Germany, and shipping costs cannot be refunded for unclaimed items.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • EU Customers: Sales tax (VAT) is included for parcels sent within member states of the European Union.
  • International Customers (Outside EU): Parcels sent internationally are subject to local sales taxes, customs duties, and import tariffs. These charges are completely separate from the product and shipping fees paid at checkout.
  • Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for paying any duties, taxes, and courier handling fees required by your government. Customs policies vary widely, so please check with your local authority before purchasing.
  • Disclaimer: VicNic cannot be held responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine fees, or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. Not knowing your country's regulations can result in high import duties, delivery delays, or abandonment of the parcel.

Order Tracking

Tracking is easy! You will receive an email with your tracking link once your order is shipped. (Tip: Sometimes these emails fall into the Junk/Spam folder, so please check there if you haven't received it!)

Returns & Refunds Policy

Because we specialize in premium health, nutritional, and pharmaceutical-grade beauty products, strict hygiene and safety standards are our top priority.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
  • Items must be completely unopened, unused, and with all original factory seals 100% intact.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse in Germany.
