If you want to lose weight, replace two meals a day with an Almased shake. 50 g of Almased lactose-free powder are dissolved in 200 ml of water. Please add 2 teaspoons (6 g) of vegetable oil with lots of unsaturated fatty acids (e.g. rapeseed oil).
