  • Multi for pregnant women + DHA MensSana is used to recommend vitamins, trace elements and omega-3 fatty acids (docosahexaenoic acid) as needed for women who want to have children, pregnant women and breastfeeding women. The fatty acids are obtained from fish oil using the patented Epax process. This guarantees that the heavy metal contamination of the highly purified fish oils is well below the maximum permissible values, which ensures excellent quality. The human body needs these fatty acids for normal brain function and to maintain normal vision. Pregnancy increases the need for DHA, as the development of the child's brain and eyes is largely dependent on DHA. Overall, pregnant women should consume at least 450 mg of DHA daily to ensure optimal care for mother and child. The composition of Multi for pregnant women + DHA MensSana is ideal for covering additional needs during pregnancy.

    The combination preparation consists of a halal-certified oil capsule made from pure bovine gelatin and a powder capsule made from vegetable cellulose.

  • Women who want to have children, pregnant women and breastfeeding women consume 1 powder and 1 oil capsule daily before eating with plenty of water.

    The powder capsule shell made of vegetable cellulose and the oil capsule shell made of pure bovine gelatine contain no valuable ingredients and can
    be opened as needed. It is possible to add the powder/fish oil contained in the food. The powder/fish oil does not dissolve in drinks. 

    Taking other dietary supplements containing zinc is not recommended. The stated recommended consumption amount must not be exceeded.
