Aurica yarrow tea is recommended because of the valuable ingredients of yarrow, which stimulate the appetite, relieve cramps and abdominal pain, inhibit inflammation and regulate diarrhea. Internally, tea preparations made from yarrow are therefore traditionally used for loss of appetite and mild cramp-like gastrointestinal complaints.
Externally, in the form of baths and compresses or rinses, yarrow tea is also the ideal natural aid for cramping, functional pelvic complaints and inflammatory diseases of the skin. -
Unless otherwise prescribed, 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows is drunk 3 times a day to stimulate the appetite half an hour before meals, in the case of digestive problems after meals: 1 teaspoon of yarrow herb (approx. 1.5 g ) pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over it and let it steep for 10 - 15 minutes. -
