Aurica marshmallow root tea consists of the peeled root pieces of the medicinal marshmallow "Althea officinalis", which is also known as true marshmallow. The marshmallow root has been valued as a medicinal plant since ancient times. It contains natural mucilage and can therefore protect the mucous membranes. This reduces the urge to cough and makes coughing easier.
Aurica marshmallow root tea is therefore the ideal remedy for colds that are associated with coughs and sore throats, bronchitis and asthma as well as mild gastric mucosal inflammation. -
Dosage instructions and method of application: Unless otherwise prescribed, 1 cup of the cold extract prepared as follows is drunk 3 times a day: 1 teaspoon of marshmallow root (approx. 2 g) is poured over with cold water (approx. 150 ml), stirring repeatedly 1 - Let it steep for 2 hours, briefly heat it to the boil and let it cool down again immediately.
In the case of acute symptoms that persist for more than 1 week or recur periodically, it is recommended to consult a doctor. -
