Brew the tea always fresh and max. consume within 3 hours.
Do not reheat (do not use a microwave) and do not sweeten.

1 filter bag H & S® Dreaming Fine for 250-300 ml (vial / large cup). Cover with fresh, bubbly boiling water and let stand for 8 minutes; Max. 1 bag daily. Remove the filter bag and press it down. Allow to cool to drinking temperature (about 37 ° C) and check.
