  • Aurica Fennel Tea is composed of whole fruit from bitter fennel (Foeniculum vulgare MILL.), renowned for its spicy and mildly sweet flavor. Fennel is a well-known remedy for digestion and respiratory issues, traditionally used to combat minor gastrointestinal issues like bloating and abdominal discomfort.

    Fennel tea also has an extremely expectorant effect, facilitates expectoration and thus relieves infections of the upper respiratory tract with coughing, sore throat and inflammation of the mucous membranes. Composition: Medicinally active ingredient: bitter fennel Dosage instructions and type of application: 

  • Drink 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows 2 - 3 times a day: 1 teaspoon of crushed fennel (approx. 2.5 g) shortly before use with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) Pour over and let steep for about 10-15 minutes. 

    Unless otherwise prescribed by professional

    For infants and small children, the tea infusion can also be used to dilute milk or baby food.

    Note: The tea infusion must always be prepared with boiling water. Especially when preparing for infants.

    Duration of use: In the case of acute symptoms that last longer than 1 week or recur periodically, we recommend consulting a doctor.
