QuinoMit® Q10 capsules contain ubiquinol, the active form of the coenzyme Q10. Studies have shown that ubiquinol is particularly well absorbed compared to ubiquinone, the oxidized form of coenzyme Q10. Both the ubiquinone ingested with food and the ubiquinone formed in our metabolism is converted into the active form, ubiquinol, in the blood.

- Free of milk protein, milk sugar, yeast and gluten
The reduced form ubiquinol is approximately 3–4 times better absorbed than the oxidized form ubiquinone.
Unlike ubiquinone, it does not have to be reduced in the blood by three enzymes that can only be effective if the selenium and zinc status is healthy. However, this status is often too low, especially for older people. -
Take 1 capsule (50 - 100 mg Ubiquinol) once or twice a day with sufficient liquid during meals. If necessary, the capsule can also be chewed. Let the contents dissolve in your mouth and swallow.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
