    Vitamins E and C help protect cells from oxidative stress, while vitamin C also improves the absorption of iron from food. Vitamin B6 supports the function of protein metabolism. In addition, vitamin C and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal function of the immune system and the formation of red blood cells.

    In addition, the Gynomunal® capsules contain biotin and folic acid. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair, while folic acid / folate takes on important functions in cell division and promotes normal blood formation.
