Linusit Psyllium is an herbal laxative with bulking agents. Psyllium seeds are the seeds of the plantain plant psyllium. They swell on addition of liquid and form a transparent and elastic gel layer around the seed. They bind a lot of water and swell up quickly, helping to form a softer stool, so that bowel movement and defecation is considerably facilitated, e.g. in case of haemorrhoids and during pregnancy. It is also a supportive therapy for diarrhea of various causes and in irritable bowel syndrome.
The purely natural ingredients are based on 100% psyllium (Plantago ovata). Linusit Psyllium work reliably and are well tolerated, therefore suitable for all ages group. -
Adults and children aged 12 years above: Take 2 to 6 preparations daily. Give 1 teaspoon (5 g) Linusit psyllium into about 100 ml of water. Stir well and let soak for at least 1 minute. Drink swiftly, drink 1-2 glasses of water afterward. Make sure to maintain adequate hydration. Children from 6 to 12 years receive only half the dose. Make sure to maintain adequate hydration.
