Always make sure to wash your hands thoroughly beforehand. After that, the ear or piercing holes must be cleaned twice a day with our caring ear hole hygiene gel, which can be purchased in pharmacies or well-stocked jewelery shops. Also the earring pins the piercing should be dabbed with our ear hole hygiene gel before insertion. In a particularly acute condition, it is advisable not to reinsert the earrings or the piercing and to care for them several times a day with our ear hole hygiene gel. Care must also be taken to avoid cosmetic residues such as hair setting lotion, hair spray or shampoo around the ears, as these can otherwise cause additional irritation.
