    For an optimal supply, the supply of a combined magnesium-calcium food supplement has proven itself. Nutritional studies have confirmed this.

  • Consume 2-6 tablets spread over the day chewed or whole with plenty of liquid.

    Recommendations per day:
    School children: 2 tablets; 
    Adolescents and adults: 4-6 tablets; 
    Pregnant and breastfeeding women: 6 tablets.
