  • Aurica flaxseed golden-yellow crushed are the seeds of the flax, which were crushed particularly gently. This further increases their ability to swell. Their high fiber content makes them the ideal upgrade for a low-fiber diet. Golden yellow flaxseed is suitable for adding fiber to the daily diet, so when crushed it is ideal as an ingredient for baking bread or rolls
