NADH-15mg Capsules 50 cap is food supplement with high-dose NADH (coenzyme 1), vitamin C, Q10 and carnitine.
NADH (the reduced form of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, that is, linked to hydrogen (H)) plays a central role in the respiratory chain and thus in energy production. The hydrogen is combined with oxygen, which releases energy.
Organs that need a lot of energy also have a high need for NADH. Above all, this includes the muscles and heart. Carnitine and coenzyme Q10, both of which are also important for energy production, have a supporting effect. Like NADH, Q10 is a central factor in the respiratory chain and carnitine promotes the introduction of fatty acids into the mitochondria and thus their combustion.
Vitamin C strengthens the cell-protecting effect of NADH.
