ThermaCare heat packs are particularly suitable for treating tension in the lower back. The skin-friendly envelopes with 16 patented heat cells are infinitely adjustable in size thanks to the elastic material and Velcro fastener.
8 hours therapeutic deep heat. More effective than 1200 mg ibuprofen per day. Flexible Velcro. Elastic strap (stretchable from S to XL). -
Just before use, open the packaging and remove the ThermaCare® heat pack. Place it with the darker, softer side on the affected back area and close the Velcro.
The heating phase is approx. 30 minutes, after which the treatment temperature of approx. 40 °C is reached and is kept constant for up to 8 hours.
Due to the technology used, each heat pad can only be used once. ThermaCare works through oxidation: After opening the airtight packaging, the ingredients react with the oxygen in the air and heat up by themselves. If the oxidation has ended after 8 to 12 hours (depending on the product), the product cannot and should not be reactivated properly disposed of with household waste. -
