    Application

    As a meal replacement (1 serving), stir 5 level measuring spoons of Yokebe vanilla into 200 ml of lactose-free, low-fat liquid, e.g. lactose-free milk (1.5% fat) and ½ teaspoon (1.5 g) of high-yield vegetable oil added to unsaturated fatty acids (sunflower, safflower or grape seed oil). Please always put the milk in the shaker first and only then the powder. Stir or shake the mixture well. It is necessary to follow the preparation instructions.
