Application

As a meal replacement (1 portion), stir 5 heaped scoops of Yokebe Forte into 200 ml of water and add 1 teaspoon (5 g) of sunflower oil. Please always add the water to the shaker first and then the powder. Stir or shake the mixture well. It is important to follow the preparation instructions.
