    The active food Yokebe Classic is designed to be as nutritious as a complete meal because of its particular nutrient density but contains only as many calories as e.g. An avocado. The result is that you are saturated fully and completely. For example, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6 and B12 contribute to energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 also supports protein and glycogen metabolism. Thirdly, Yokebe Classic contains proteins with high biological significance. These are rich in the essential amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine and are particularly useful for the body.

    Application

    As a meal replacement, stir 40 g Yokebe Classic (5 level measuring spoons) into 200 ml low-fat milk (1.5% fat) and add 1/2 teaspoon (1.5 g) vegetable oil with a high content of unsaturated fatty acids (sunflower, safflower or grape seed oil).

    Please always put the milk in the shaker first and then the powder. Stir or shake the mixture well. It is necessary to follow the preparation instructions.

    Make sure you drink enough liquid.
