  • Ylang-Ylang is a tropical tree with intensely fragrant whitish-yellow flowers that is cultivated in Madagascar, Reunion and the Comoros. In the natural environment, the YlangYlang tree grows 10-30 m high, but when cultivated it is pruned to a height of 2-3 m. Ylang-ylang is an important raw material for perfumery. Its scent is flowery, exotic, sweet and has a harmonizing effect.
