  • To achieve optimal results with Vitalrin, take 6 capsules daily. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.

    Take 2 capsules before each main meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with 1-2 glasses of water. The capsules should be taken approximately 30 minutes before eating so that the capsule contents can take effect.
