Vino C® - OPC is a dietary supplement made from grape seed concentrate and acerola powder, which is offered in capsules. It offers a synergistic combination of the nutrients from grape seeds and acerola cherries. Vino C® - OPC provides high-quality natural vitamin C from the acerola cherry on the one hand, and OPC - oligomeric proanthocyanidins - which are among the polyphenols from the seeds of grapes, on the other.

The grape seed has a number of secondary plant substances, of which the content of the compound OPC is particularly interesting. Oligomeric proanthocyanidins, also called oligomeric procyanidins (OPC for short), are naturally occurring substances in plants that belong to the group of flavanols (a subclass of flavonoids). These, in turn, are counted among the secondary plant substances that are used by plants, among other things, as defense substances against harmful external, environmental pollution.

The acerola cherry comes from South America and is characterized by a high content of vitamin C. In combination with the other bioactive ingredients of the cherry, this results in a composition which, thanks to its antioxidant capacity, offers a protective effect on cells. Our high-quality acerola powder has a natural vitamin C content of at least 17%.
