Take 2 capsules unchewed twice daily with some liquid before a main meal.

1 capsule contains 620 mg Jerusalem artichoke powder (from controlled organic cultivation) with 310 mg inulin.

4 capsules contain 2480 mg Jerusalem artichoke powder (from controlled organic cultivation) with 1240 mg inulin.
