SymbioLact® B is a dietetic food for special medical purposes (balanced diet) that contains the lactic acid-producing bacterium Bifidobacterium lactis (BB-12®) and biotin.

The bifidobacteria contained in SymbioLact® B are typical representatives of the intestinal flora of the large intestine. They are freeze dried. As soon as they come into contact with water, they can absorb it, become active and develop their positive properties in the digestive tract.

Studies have shown that these bacteria have a positive effect on the frequency, duration and severity of constipation.

In addition to the lactic acid-producing bacteria, SymbioLact® B contains the vitamin biotin (30 μg per bag).

Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin and plays an important role in the metabolism of the body's cells.

Very active tissues, such as the mucous membranes of the body, need biotin.
