The combination of bitter fennel, chamomile blossoms, lemon balm leaves, linden blossoms, peppermint leaves and lemon verbena unfolds a generally wholesome, digestive (bitter fennel, chamomile blossoms, peppermint blossoms) as well as relaxing and slightly calming (melissa leaves, lemon verbena) effect.
The lemon verbena (Lippia triphylla, the so-called verbena, not to be confused with the real verbena Verbena officinalis) also gives this tea a fine lemon taste. -
1 filter bag for 1 cup (approx. 150 ml). Pour boiling water on, leave to stand for 2 to 5 minutes, gently squeeze the bag out and remove. Cool to drinking temperature (approx. 37 ° C). Please only ever offer freshly brewed tea!
