The goal of any effective measure to reduce body weight should be long-term and sustainable weight loss - as opposed to rapid weight loss, as promised by some "miracle cures". A promise that is usually only achieved temporarily, if at all.

Active satiety capsules for treating obesity and weight control contain a nearly calorie-free, finely ground plant-based swelling agent: Indian psyllium husks (Plantaginis ovata). After ingestion with liquid, the capsules dissolve in the stomach and swell to form a soft, gel-like mass.

The increased swelling of the stomach contents means that a feeling of satiety sets in more quickly while eating. This makes it easier to eat less. Calorie intake is reduced and diet measures are better adhered to.

As a rule, take 4 capsules once a day with a glass of water, 30 minutes before the main meal (lunch). If necessary, this can be extended to 2 to 3 meals a day (= 8 to 12 capsules). It is essential to ensure that you drink enough liquid in the form of low-calorie drinks (at least 2 liters per day)! Never take capsules without liquid, do not suck, chew or bite them!

Contraindications:Active satiety capsules must not be used in the case of pathological narrowing of the gastrointestinal tract, impending or existing intestinal obstruction, diabetes mellitus that is difficult to control, or hypersensitivity to Indian psyllium husks.

The capsules are also not suitable for use by pregnant women, nursing mothers, or children.

Side effects:In individual cases, hypersensitivity reactions, increased stool volume and/or softening of the stool can occur.

Interactions with other drugs:The absorption of other medications taken at the same time can be delayed by Active satiety capsules. Diabetics who require insulin may need to reduce their insulin dose.

Notes:Not suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children. Aktiv satiety capsules must not be used in cases of pathological narrowing of the gastrointestinal tract, impending or existing intestinal obstruction, diabetes mellitus that is difficult to control and hypersensitivity to Indian psyllium husks.

Aktiv satiety capsules should not be used after the expiry date. Keep out of the reach of children! Do not use capsules after the expiry date.
