    Peppermint is a perennial medicinal and aromatic herb that prefers temperate climates. Peppermint can grow up to 1 meter high and has intensely fragrant leaves from which peppermint tea is made. Peppermint is used to flavor chocolates, cocktails, candies and oral care products. In naturopathy, it is used for stomach, cold and muscle ailments.
