  • Brewer's yeast provides the right vitamins - B1, B2, B6, niacin and folic acid - in abundance. Vitamin B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B6 and niacin contribute to normal energy metabolism, riboflavin to normal iron metabolism and vitamin B6 to normal protein metabolism.

    Good for the intestines
Brewer's yeast is rich in vitamin B2 and niacin. These vitamins contribute to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, e.g. the intestinal mucosa. This is particularly important when taking antibiotics. The mucous membrane of the intestine does intensive digestive work and forms cells to ward off germs. Many microorganisms, such as lactobacilli, settle on the intestinal mucous membrane and, in the right composition, contribute to human wellbeing. Lactobacilli benefit from nutrients from brewer's yeast - the perfect duo.

    Heart and circulation
Brewer's yeast provides a beneficial natural combination of vitamins B1, B6 and folic acid. Thiamine (vitamin B1) contributes to normal heart function, folic acid and vitamin B6 to normal homocysteine levels. Normal homocysteine levels are a sign of a balanced lipid metabolism in the blood and thus a healthy blood system.

    Looking good with brewer's yeast
Even if many people do not know brewer's yeast from their own experience, almost everyone knows that it is good for the skin. The contained B vitamins riboflavin (B2) and niacin support the maintenance of normal structures and thus ensure a noticeably good appearance.
Tip: Yeast helps the skin not only internally. Also applied externally - as a yeast skin care mask with cellular brewer's yeast - it provides important nourishing components.

    Vitamin B2 supports the cells
Free radicals are intermediate products of our metabolism that are constantly created in every cell. Actually, they also have good properties, for example when they are used for immune defense. However, in excess - from smoking, UV rays, competitive sports, diet low in vitamins or pollutants - they are referred to as "oxidative stress". Our body keeps these radicals in check with antioxidants (enzymes, vitamins and bioactive plant compounds). An adequate supply through the diet is of great importance. Brewer's yeast supplies the vitamin B2 (riboflavin), which is important for the protection of the cells
