Application

Mix the contents of one sachet (= 1 serving) in approx. 600 ml of still water and take during sporting activity. The recommended daily consumption amount is 2 servings, which are dissolved in a total of approx. 1,200 ml of liquid.Orthomol Sport perform offers this sophisticated nutrient combination of 28 g per daily portion (in 2 bags) with a refreshing blackcurrant taste.
