    This medicinal tea contains dried leaves and stems of the nettle (Urtica dioica)

    The ingredients in the nettle increase the amount of urine so that bacteria in the bladder are flushed out. They are suitable for supporting the treatment of bladder problems. 

    In addition, the ingredients of the nettle have an anti-inflammatory effect and thus help with musculoskeletal problems.

    The medicinal tea is used to flush out the lower urinary tract and to prevent and treat kidney gravel as well as to support the treatment of rheumatic complaints.

    Application

    Unless otherwise prescribed, 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows is drunk 3 to 4 times a day: 1 infusion bag of nettle is poured over boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and allowed to steep for about 10 to 15 minutes.

    Consultation with a doctor is recommended for acute symptoms that last longer than 1 week or recur periodically.
