The leaves of the nettle have a diuretic effect, which is mainly due to the relatively high content of minerals such as potassium.
A large part of these remain in the urine and drag water with them (osmotic effect). This leads to increased urine excretion, but only if there is sufficient fluid intake.

• 1 tablet contains: 200 mg nettle leaf powder, 10 mg vitamin C.
The anti-inflammatory effect of the leaves / the herb is mainly due to the caffeoyl malic acid and the unsaturated fatty acids, which inhibit the activity of various inflammatory cells and inflammation mediators. -
Take 3 tablets 3 times a day with a little liquid.
Reference amount (9 tablets) contains:
Nettle leaf powder 1800 mg (**), vitamin C 90 mg (112.5% *).

Nettle leaf powder, microcrystalline cellulose, stabilizer: isomalt, ascorbic acid, silicon dioxide, vitamin C, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Contains isomalt and, if consumed in excess, may have a laxative effect.
