As an initial dose: At the first sign of cold sores, consume 3 capsules whole with some liquid. Then take up to 4 x 1 capsule at intervals of 2 hours. From the 2nd day 4 x 1 capsule daily until all capsules are used up.
As a maintenance dose: To continue to maintain lysine levels, take 1-3 capsules per day. LyZink against Herpes should not be consumed together with calcium preparations.
