  • Lycopene (E 160 d) is found mainly in tomatoes (20 mg / kg), grapefruit, rose hips, chanterelles and guavas. It belongs to the group of carotenoids and is therefore related to ß-carotene, which, unlike lycopene, is processed into vitamin A.
