Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows 1 to 2 times a day: Pour 1 teaspoon (approx. 1.8 g) of lime blossom with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and strain after about 10 to 15 minutes.
