  • Lemongrass is a perennial, reed-like aromatic grass that is cultivated in Asia and South America. Lemongrass can grow up to 3 meters high in dense clumps.

    The coarse, reed-like leaves have a strong citrus scent and are freshly used as a spice in Asian and Vietnamese cuisine. The essential oil is used in perfumery.
