For well-being disorders such as restlessness, difficulty falling asleep, loss of appetite and functional upper abdominal complaints (nervous irritable stomach, flatulence, nervous bowel complaints).
Drink a cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows several times a day (especially in the evening before going to bed). 1-2 teaspoons of lavender tea are poured over with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and poured through a tea strainer after about 10 minutes.
