The drops are simply taken three times a day together with a little liquid - either before or with meals. You should shake the bottle well beforehand. After opening the bottle, the product can be kept for up to eight weeks.
To ensure the correct dosage, the following guidelines must be observed:
- Children between 3 and 5 years take 10 drops each
- Children between 6 and 12 years old take 15 drops each
- Adolescents aged 13 and over and adults take 20 drops each
