Herpotherm is a patented medical product for the local treatment of accompanying symptoms of herpes such as burning, tingling, itching or tightness. Herpotherm works exclusively through concentrated heat and completely without chemical substances. Herpotherm is therefore also suitable for pregnant women, allergy sufferers and children (own use from 12 years). The application of concentrated heat (local hyperthermia) is a promising physical principle of action, which is based on the brief, concentrated effect of heat on a narrowly defined area of ​​skin. At ambient temperatures of approx. 50 °C, herpes viruses are thermolabile. In direct contact with this temperature, they are inactivated. This can prevent the herpes virus from multiplying.

The application of Herpotherm is discreet and leaves no traces on the skin. Due to the completely chemical-free treatment, unwanted side effects of tablets and ointments can be avoided, making Herpotherm ideal for pregnant women, allergy sufferers and children over 12 years of age.
