  • Green Tea China Chun Mee Tea - Green, mild and slightly bitter tea, suitable as a "starter tea".

    Anyone who prepares green tea in the same way as black tea will be bitterly disappointed, because the tea then usually tastes accordingly. For green tea to be successful, the water temperature should be 70 ° C. The colder the water, the better most varieties taste. Sugar and lemon are taboo among "true" followers, because this is the only way to get the best out of the aroma. Flavored green teas are an alternative. With loose tea you should only take about 2/3 of the amount you normally use for black tea.
